STAG AFR wideband Lambda sensor controller

The device allows you to determine the composition of the fuel-air mixture (AFR) feeding the combustion engine by measuring the oxygen content in the exhaust gases. The device comes with a wideband lambda sensor, which can be used in engines powered by a wide range of fuels, such as unleaded petrol, diesel oil, LPG/CNG, methanol, ethanol. In most cars with indirect fuel injection, the petrol controller does not control the composition of the mixture at high engine load, which, in the event of poor regulation of the fuel supply system (e.g. in the gas installation), can lead to a reduction in engine power, increased fuel consumption or even its damage.

The STAG AFR wideband Lambda sensor controller allows you to tune the engine or gas installation in such a way that the composition of the fuel-air mixture is maintained at an optimized level, ensuring maximum engine power while maintaining fuel consumption within the norm. Thanks to the high speed of lambda coefficient measurement, it is possible to control the composition of the mixture not only in the established engine operating conditions, but also in transient states.

The system allows reading the following parameters:

- AFR coefficient,
- lambda value,
- oxygen content.

The set containing STAG AFR has been prepared with quick assembly and disassembly in the car in mind. Power is taken from the car cigarette lighter socket (12V), and a standard USB, RS232, or Bluetooth interface is required for communication with a PC. A special dedicated application has been prepared to operate the device, operating in the Windows system, which is extremely user-friendly and easy to use, increasing the utility values ​​of the device.
